1. Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering our products efficiently to our customers in Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

• Handling Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
• Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders to Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Spain: 5 – 8 business days.
  • United Kingdom: 10 – 15 business days.
  • United States: 10 – 15 business days.
• Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email as soon as the package is dispatched.

2. Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• Return Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. How to Process a Return

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
