Refund and Return Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if the artwork does not meet your expectations.

2. Conditions for Returns

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, protective materials, and the Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
• The item must be unused and must not have been hung, altered, or displayed publicly.
• Any damage resulting from improper return packaging may reduce the final refund amount.

4. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, GPay, or PayPal).
• Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item has been physically received and inspected.

5. Return Shipping and Insurance

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the artwork.

• Shipping Method: We require the use of a trackable shipping service.
• Insurance: Given the high value of the pieces, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Digital Products: Any downloadable or digital content is final sale.
