1. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

In compliance with the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 30 days.

The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

3. Conditions for Returns

The artwork must be returned in the same condition as received. This includes the original packaging, protective materials, and any included certificates of authenticity (COA) or documentation.

  • Any damage to the returned item caused by improper packaging will reduce the refundable amount.
  • The item must be unused, meaning it was not hung, altered, or displayed publicly.

4. Effects of Withdrawal and Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (shipping costs paid initially). We will carry out such reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

5. Return Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility)

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Shipping Arrangement: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
  • Insurance: Due to the high value of artwork, we highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance covering the full value of the item. We are not responsible for artworks lost or damaged during the return transit.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom commissioned pieces).

Digital or downloadable products.
